This blog has not seen its last post yet! I have re-discovered my username! I won't put up any pictures for now since everyone is checking a different one now! Life is busy here and still I have had fun. I will be going to see Toronto take on the Indians at the Jake tomorrow evening. That will be a blast!

Here is a picture of Vernon Wells after his game-ending blast deep into the Toronto night sent the Yankees to the loss in the 11th inning 5-4. And it was off Mariano Rivera too!

Since I last posted to this blog, I worked for 4 weeks at Nosoca Pines in SC. Here I am right before I was chased by all the campers during the Thursday night program I think.

Here is a picture from the Nashville Convention of Carrie and her dad Greg. We were having fun taking pictures on Tuesday night. It was a nice convention and felt like a big re-union. I wish it could have gone on for longer.

Here is a nice view from the upper walkway above the main meeting room area and 2 floors above the Exhibits and the Eating Hall. This Opryland Convention Center was really huge and I really did take it for granted what luxury we got to stay in. Amazing.

Here is a picture of Nate next to the Toronto Blue Jays team bus as they left Bradenton, FL. We had fun although T.O. lost 9-7 to the Pittsburgh Pirates. Nate has joined the Reserves and is currently in Basic Training at Ft. Jackson in SC. He gets out of training in Jan. or Feb. and then will be on call until the year 2014. Too bad. As far as what blog to check to see updates, it is a safe bet to check Surf's Up first, this one second, and then my 2nd one that I used up until last week: northernspecial.blogspot.com.

There are so many thousands of pictures I have taken that this blog is hardly a true representation, but here are some more.

Here is a picture of dad in Detroit teaching Jake how to go after ants!

Here is a picture of the dam where I will hopefully meet up with everyone in KY, about halfway between Collegedale and Mt. Vernon.

Here is picture of my fellow boat drivers at Nosoca this summer, Jenn Fincher, Andrew Decker, and Nelson Pichardo, all of which are still there while I'm at home packing and planning.

Here is a picture of me and Carrie at the Rodeo.

Here is myself and Alex Faber dressed up like Indians/ Cowboys.

Here is another picture of me and Carrie at the pre-Rodeo night Indian/ camper chase!

Well, a lot has happened since I last updated this blog. I went to MI and OH at the end of May...

I think this is a picture of sunset in OH.

Here is a picture of the Arbors where I'll be moving in less than 2 weeks, they have a view of Wal-Mart and are within walking distance of the theater, 2 Subways, Aldi's, a Hibbet Sports, Big-K, etc.

Here is another picture of the Arbors...

Here is a terrific destination for shopping, the Salvation Army, and here is dad with a purchase.

This picture is a little bit blurry because I was celebrating with the rest of Comerica Park in Detroit after the Tigers walk-off win vs. the Bombers.

Here is a picture I took while driving down the road of an awesome car!

Sunday Boating Pix

Here I am flying toward Carrie as she is grimacing! We were both pretty sore after the ride.
Here are 2 pictures of me, one is sitting driving and the other is me building up some courage to make a hard carve and jump.

Here is the beatiful sunset that we saw! Isn't that pretty! Sunsets on the lake are always the best. If you are patient enough to wait long enough, you can really catch one humdinger of a sunset with your digital camera. But if you keep on wakeboarding after dark, the bugs are out a lot worse and you will start to have more trouble making your cuts into the wake because you can't see it for all the bugs flying in your face. And then if you get lucky enough to hit the wake right, then you will probably hit a piece of wood upon landing from your jump because it is so dark that you can hardly see!!

As we were boating through Wolftever Creek, we were very shocked to see this coming at us!! I carved as hard as I could to get out of the way, but unfortunately their boat won and I had to cruise right onto shore! Here is the picture.

Look at this splash!
